Rental Qualifications

Here are Blanton Real Estate Group, we sometimes list rentals for clients who purchase real estate from us.
If you are a tenant looking to rent a home we have listed for rent, we’re happy to help!
Rental applicants must meet the following requirements to be approved to lease a home:
  • Good credit with no recent judgments, collections or late payments of 30+ days.
  • Rental or Mortgage History – No recent late payments, evictions or foreclosures.  Good references from previous landlord.
  • Employment/Income – Must hold permanent position and provide last month of pay stubs showing an income of 3 times the monthly rent.
  • Have good references.
  • Pay $75 application fee per adult.
  • Deposit must be mailed or dropped off to landlord within 3 days of applicant approval.
  • Must pay rent to landlord at time of possession. The rent will be prorated if moving in on another day besides the 1st of the month. If possession occurs after the 15th of the month, the prorated rent for the current month, plus the next month’s rent must be paid at time of possession.
  • Need a copy of current drivers licenses for all adult applicants.
